Topographic Maintenance

TOPO_MAINT
An aggregation of datasets that are delivered to the Topograhic Maintainer (SKM) on a regular basis, usual weekly, to support
the maintenance of the topographic datasets. These datasets are emailed to the maintainer as a SDM repeat order and must not
be more than 10Mbyte size. The datasets are automatically loaded into the maintainer's database.
